Owner & Founder
With over 8 years of experience behind the wheel of semi trucks, Rustam Ibrohimov founded Rustam Trucking LLC with a vision rooted in firsthand knowledge of the industry. His journey from driver to owner embodies the American dream and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in transportation.
Having traveled millions of miles across America's highways, Rustam knows the challenges drivers face and the expectations customers have. This unique perspective drives his commitment to creating a company that values both its drivers and clients equally.
Under his leadership, Rustam Trucking has grown from a single truck operation in 2023 to a fleet of 8 modern trucks serving all 50 states. His hands-on approach and dedication to excellence have built a reputation for reliability, safety, and professionalism.
Rustam believes in investing in people and technology. By maintaining a fleet of 2025 model trucks and implementing cutting-edge tracking systems, he ensures that every driver has the tools they need to succeed, and every customer receives the service they deserve.

Our team brings together experienced professionals who are passionate about logistics and dedicated to excellence. We employ dedicated team drivers, solo drivers, work with owner-operators and independent contractors, and have our own company drivers. We're proud to be a women-friendly workplace that welcomes all professional drivers. Everyone at Rustam Trucking is committed to ensuring your cargo arrives safely and on time.
We invest in modern equipment including our 2025 fleet of Kenworth T680, Volvo VNL 760/860, and International LT625 trucks. We use Motive for real-time tracking, safety compliance, and fleet management. Our approach combines traditional values of reliability and integrity with innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
