Job Description
Human Resources Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance for our growing transportation company. Experience in trucking/logistics industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for drivers and office staff
- Oversee onboarding and training programs
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Administer benefits and payroll coordination
- Ensure DOT and employment law compliance
- Develop HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and HRIS
- Support company culture initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 3-5 years HR management experience
- Transportation/logistics HR experience preferred
- Knowledge of DOT regulations helpful
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office
